# Support

> Get help with Aurora, the Aurora connector for Claude, and the Aurora App Builder plugin for ChatGPT.

## Contact support

Send an email to [support@aurora.build](mailto:support@aurora.build). Include your account email and the project name.

## Fix common problems

  <Accordion title="The connector or plugin asks me to sign in again">
    1. Disconnect Aurora in the settings of your AI client.
    2. Connect Aurora again.
    3. Sign in with the same account that owns your projects.

  <Accordion title="My project preview does not load">
    1. Ask your assistant to start the dev server for the project.
    2. Wait about one minute, then open the preview URL again.
    3. If the preview still fails, ask your assistant to show the dev server logs.

  <Accordion title="A deployment failed">
    1. Ask your assistant to get the deployment status. The status shows the reason for the failure.
    2. Fix the build error in the project.
    3. Ask your assistant to redeploy the project.
