Small habits make a big difference when working with Aurora. These tips will help you get cleaner results and fewer surprises.

Keep your messages focused

Avoid packing too many requests into a single message. Instead of asking Aurora to “add a navbar, a footer, a contact form, and style everything in dark mode” all at once, break it into smaller steps. Shorter, focused messages give the AI more room to get each piece right before moving on to the next.

Start simple, then iterate

Begin with a basic version of what you want, then refine it message by message. It’s easier for Aurora to improve something that already exists than to nail a complex result on the first try. Build the structure first, then layer in styling, logic, and polish.

Be specific about what you want changed

Vague instructions like “make it look better” leave too much room for interpretation. Instead, describe what you’re after: “increase the spacing between the cards and make the heading text larger.” The more concrete your request, the closer the result will match your expectations.

Use the preview to catch issues early

After each change, check the live preview before sending your next message. Catching a small issue now is much easier than untangling several changes later. If something looks off, tell Aurora right away so it can correct course.
